This is for those with breathing difficulties or those who are supporting someone with a breathing condition. Come and relax and enjoy each other's company, share knowledge and learning something new. It is a 50 minute series of guided exercises specifically designed to help those with breathing difficulties. A trained, experienced and friendly instructor leads a series of mainly upper body exercises designed to free-up muscles and improve circulation.
