BFit4Ever will be providing ideas for individuals to develop a regular exercise program to help ease pain and stiffness, improve balance, posture, and flexibility. Gain muscle strength and increase endurance levels.
Exercise equipment will include resistance bands, handheld weights, pedal exercisers, step-up platforms, swiss balls, scarves, balls, and Pilate rings.
A variety of exercises will be delivered over the six-weeks, resistance band work, balance poses, yoga poses, Tai Chi moves, Pilates moves, strength work.
