It is well known that we may increase our life expectancy by staying physically active and exercising regularly.
Our new LEGENDS STRONG CLASS is a workout that includes exercises to build endurance, strength and balance.
Regular exercise has been shown to help lower the chances of developing arthritis and chronic illnesses such as heart disease and diabetes.
Strength exercises may also help reduce the symptoms of arthritis, osteoporosis and diabetes, as well as ease lower back pain.
As recommended for this demographic we’ll using our own body weight, (small hand weights and/or resistance bands will be incorporated into classes over time) in this class.
So if this sounds like a workout for you, bring your water bottle, yoga or thin mat/towel (to place on ground) and join Abbe on Tuesdays 9:30am.

With it being winter this class has moved indoors to the wonderful Trafalgar Park Pavilion.
